R.I.P. Helen Gurley Brown

I always found it difficult to relate to Cosmopolitan for a variety of reasons but I have to give Helen Gurley Brown props for her role in the sexual liberation movement and the 30+ years of amazing Scavullo covers that she brought to the magazine. I collect back issues of Cosmo (mostly for the covers) and now would be the opportune time to share them but I'm currently 3,000 miles away from New York. But in the meantime, here are three recent acquisitions that I posted on Instagram a few weeks ago. Snoop Lion

Just when you thought Snoop Dogg couldn't get any better he changes his name to Snoop Lion and releases a reggae album! Apparently our favorite rapper found his true Rastafarian self on a recent trip to Jamaica and will release the new album this fall along with a documentary. We can almost hear the Humboldt Hippies rejoicing, pretty sure it sounds like this!
