Mad for Plaid

One of my favorite holiday traditions is watching The McLaughlin Group's year-end special with my family on Christmas morning. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the program, it's one of those long-running PBS news shows where various pundits argue about politics. John McLaughlin is the moderator and I love him because every single Christmas, without fail, he wears the same plaid blazer. When I was a child the blazer looked more tailored (he's gotten a bit smaller over the years) but I totally prefer the oversized look—it's just so Heathers! I hope he wears this thing for another 20+ years.
