Forever Fiorucci

While their clothes were largely underwhelming, Fiorucci's ad campaigns and brand identity could not have been better!  These scans are from the incredible, ├╝ber-rare Fiorucci book by Eve Babitz, currently going for $670 on Amazon. Thankfully I was able to find a copy at the library.

OMG! I have been dying to see this book, so thank you for scanning. The Central Los Angeles Library seems to have lost its copy (someone probably stole it). I have seen a few vintage Fiorucci items in their ads that I think are pretty awesome, namely the spandex comic strip full one piece body suit. It's crazy that there's not more available photos online or in books given what a scene the store was back in the day.

Fabulous! Makes you wonder what would happen if the library book went 'missing'. Library fine much? You would think a book worth that much would be guarded by the white glove ladies.

$670, jeez!! Looks lovely though. It's funny how some brands manage to create such a strong identity within their visual communication yet the product itself is nothing special. That's the purest form of branding, wow

Been lusting after this book for years to no avail, they used to have it in my uni library, thanks for posting these scans :-)
