There's a man behind those eyes

If you like Picnic at Hanging Rock you'll probably dig The Innocents, it's equally eerie and staggeringly beautiful. And it just happened to inspire "The Infant Kiss" by Kate Bush, one of her best songs.

OOoo, haven't heard of this one. I'm going to put it on my queue.

Another victoriana ghostly movie for the lovers of Picnic at Hanging Rock is The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Gene Tierney is a haunted doll in that one.

Kelly- Yeah I may have understated the creepiness a little bit!

Lise- thanks for the recommendation! That looks amazing.

Kate Bush Appreciation Week is doing EXACTLY what you wanted it to do to me -- I've spent all week listening to Kate Bush on Youtube over and over and over. This song is out of control amazing. I'm really understanding her as the mystical feminine counterpart of Meat Loaf (i LOVE Meat Loaf).

Lily- I am so happy to hear that! I can see the Meat Loaf connection, they are both total freaks in the best possible sense
