She Don't Use Jelly

Food is not my area of expertise so I had never heard of Bompas & Parr until I saw a post about them on Nowness. They create extravagant, conceptual food experiences---most of which involve jelly. B&P are best known for their "occult jam" which contains a bit of Princess Diana's hair (ewwww) and this month they are creating a "cloud of breathable fruit" for the Big Chill festival in England. Suddenly those clown face ice cream cones from Baskin Robbins don't seem so impressive anymore.

SHUT UP. Ive been following them for a while, I heard news that they will be participating in the final day of L'eboli restaurant in Spain (google that shit, also known as the best restaurant in the world - which is closing in the coming months)... I cant wait to see what they do.
