The trailer for the new Serge Gainsbourg movie is so insanely cheesy and over the top (even for a biopic) but it's still worth watching for the Birkin/ Bardot doppelgangers. Something tells me that this is going to be the Factory Girl of 2010.

It is actually amazing. A world away from Factory Girl and Sienna's bastardized Edie impression.
I saw it last weekend and I loved it. He deserves an Oscar, as far as I'm concerned.

Interesting, I'm glad to hear that you guys liked it. That guy definitely looks like serge. It wouldn't be the first time that a good movie had a bad trailer but god, it's so over the top with the titles and everything. I think I just have a personal aversion to biopics.
